Ce jour là j'ai demandé a notre hotel s'il connaissait une bonne adresse pour suivre un cours de cuisine Balinaise. Nous traversons la rue Monkey Forest (c'est juste en face) un truc qui n'a aucune gueule d'entrée mais au fond de la cour une grande paillotte traditionnelle avec une belle salle de restaurant (tres propre). Tout d'abord, départ pour le marché, pendant une heure "Desak" nous balade à travers les étals de fruits, légumes, épices, elle nous explique patiemment leur gout, leur utilité dans la cuisine Balinaise, elle effectue les achats nécessaires à la préparation des plats que nous allons tenter d'apprendre à cuisiner.
